New Year's Resolutions, the 4 keys to making them stick

It is another New Year's Eve.  Another end to another year that seem to be passing faster and faster.  And tonight, many people will declare what they will "change", "fix", "shift", "make happen", "do differently" with their upcoming year.  The New Year's Resolution game.

For most people, resolutions are filled with hope, wanting and the desire to have something in life be different, be it their weight, their finances, their relationships or even their living conditions.

The challenge, is that when a "resolution" is declared, it is missing the 4 components of what it takes to have an intention manifest.  So here they are, and here's to your New Year being everything you hope it will bring.

1.  Make a mind connection to the resolution:  Really think of what you want to have happen, and connect to the image of what it will be like when it becomes real.

2.  Make a body connection to the resolution:  Write it down, in your own handwriting and put it someplace where you will see it daily.

3.  Make a spirit connection to the resolution:  Declare it out loud, to yourself, the universe, and if others are around, for them to hear it as well.

4.  Create a visual representation/ reminder to the resolution so it is a constant, and consistent anchor/ guide to what you intend for yourself to have the life you request.  In other words, do some kind of vision board and put it where you see it daily.

If you want to make a true change in your own experience over the next year, use this 4 Step process for manifesting, and let this night truly be the completion of an old way of "being" in whatever aspect of your life you intend to change, and allow in a new possibility for yourself and your life.

With love to you, your loved ones and all beings who give just a bit more than they take,  Cheers!!!  Happy New Year!
